National Scrapbook Day

WooHoo 1 more day and we shall be busy busy for NSD!!! My Pink Stamper will be hosting a day full of activities AND GIVEAWAYS!!!!!!!! All of the girls from My Pink Design Team have been busy creating challenges for all of us to participate in. Head on over to and get the full 411 for tomorrow!

Birthday Purse

Here is a purse my friend asked me to do for her aunt's bday. These are the items I used:
Gypsy (to weld the two purse shapes together)
Paisley cart
Polka Dot paper from Me and My Big Ideas Specialty Paper stack (black and white)
Pink paper from AC Cardstock Tropicals
Ribbon from Target
Heart from George and Basic Shapes cart
Sentiment from Pink Stamper's Everyday Occasions set (available at Custom Crops)

For the envelope I used the Ultimate Crafter Companion. The stamp is from Stampin' Up. It is the Cupcake standard wheel. I used different colored Stickles to bling up the boring white envelope :)

Spring Treats

Hi everyone. You probably already saw my project over at MPS site. I was a bit late on posting mine over on my blog. I just got home from work. Anyway, I had lots of fun creating this design.
For this month's project, I created a spring themed layout. I used the Create a Critter cartridge for the chick, egg, flowers, grass, and So Sweet saying. My Pink Stamper's "Everyday Occasions" stamp set was used for the butterfly and the "Simply Sweet Occasions" set was used for the "hi!". The egg was jazzed up by adding Stickles in Orange Peel and Grape. The punch used on the orange photo holder was Martha Stewart's pansy edge punch.
